Miguel Bay Can be found paddling North thru Mill's creek, crossing Terra Ceia Bay past Bird Key and through Flounder Pass. There are many great places to explore here. Mangrove tunnels, big fishing holes and channels... One could spend hours just exploring.
Miguel Bay has some fairly deep holes as you can see from the photo. Every time I paddle here, I run into several schools of fish. This is especially true at higher tides and at night.
The tidal flow around here is interesting to watch especially around the Critical Creek area. Little Miguel Pass and Big Miguel Pass are fairly deep so lot's of fish and birds frequent the area.
